Mr. Deriso is the Chairman of Atlantic Capital Bank. He is a retired Vice Chairman of Synovus Financial Corp. in Columbus, Georgia. Mr. Deriso began his business career as a practicing attorney in Albany, Georgia in 1972, and was a partner in the law firm of Divine, Wilkin, Deriso, Raulerson, & Fields until 1991, when he became President of Security Bank and Trust Company of Albany, a Synovus bank. In 1997, he was elected Vice-Chairman of the Board of Synovus, a position that he held until his retirement on February 1, 2005. |

Mr. Williams is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Capital Bank. He retired from Wachovia Corporation in March 2006 after 25 years of service. |

Dr. Allen is the founder and Senior and Managing Partner of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates, with eight offices throughout the Metropolitan Atlanta area and Athens, Georgia. He has been a member of the Department of Surgery at the Emory School of Medicine and a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since 1983. He was president of the Georgia Dental Association, the DeKalb unit of The American Cancer Society, Southeastern Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Mr. Diaz was born in Cuba and moved to the United States as a child. Mr. Diaz has spent his entire career with Diaz Foods, where he has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since 1980. He has been recognized both locally and nationally as one of the outstanding Hispanic entrepreneurs in the United States. |

Mr. French is a general partner of Noro-Moseley Partners, the largest venture capital fund located in the Southeast. Prior to joining Noro-Moseley in 1985, Mr. French was a partner in the law firm of King & Spalding, Atlanta, Georgia, where he specialized in the securities area, including public offerings, private placements, mergers, acquisitions, and tender offers. Prior to co-founding BankCap, Mr. Jones served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Carreker Corporation, a publicly-traded bank-focused financial technology company, in charge of Strategy and M&A. From 1989 to 2002, Mr. Jones worked for Bear Stearns in Los Angeles, New York and Dallas, where he served most recently as Senior Managing Director in its Investment Banking Group, as head of its Dallas FIG office, and as a leader of its global commercial banking practice. |

Ms. Kirkley is a founding partner of the law firm Kirkley & Hawker in Atlanta, Georgia. She has over 30 years of experience in commercial and criminal litigation in both federal and state courts. Ms. Kirkley was Chair of Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin’s Ethics Task Force and was a recipient of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Leadership Award for 2003. Mr. Lanier is the chairman and CEO of REL Properties, Inc. and other affiliated real estate development firms. He owns real estate investment properties throughout Georgia. Mr. Lanier was in law enforcement and held political office in DeKalb County until 1990, and has served on many civic, educational, health care, historical and bank boards, including Decatur First Bank. Mr. Sessions has over 35 years of financial, business, and civic experience. He spent 23 years (1968-1991) in banking positions with the Citizens & Southern National Bank (now Bank of America), including Assistant to the Chairman, Senior Executive Vice President, Head of the Atlanta Bank, and a member of the Policy Committee. In 1991, Mr. Sessions, Principal Operating Officer, a member of the Policy Committee and Director of various subsidiaries, was part of a three-member management team hired by Bank South to return it to profitability. Chilton Davis Varner became King & Spalding’s first female litigation partner in 1983 and the first female partner to serve on the firm’s Management Committee in 1996. She is the senior partner in the firm’s product liability practice. She has lectured and published frequently in the legal and medical literature on issues relevant to her practice, including tort liability, international law, attorney-client privilege and pharmaceutical law. Jack Ward served as chairman and chief executive officer of Russell Corporation, a $1.4 billion international sporting goods company, from April 1998 until August 2006. Ward began his career with Procter & Gamble and H.J. Heinz and joined the L’eggs division of Hanes Corporation in 1972. In 1992, he was appointed Senior Vice President of Sara Lee Corporation, the acquirer of Hanes Corporation, and named Chief Executive Officer of the multi-billion dollar Hanes Group of companies in 1993.
