Ms. Boyst is the Executive Vice President of Atlantic Capital Bank overseeing the Bank’s Operations and Technology division.
Prior to joining Atlantic Capital Bank, Ms. Boyst was a senior vice president/group executive of Wachovia Corporation where she worked for over 30 years. In her role at Wachovia, she served as the Director of Electronic Payment Services with operational responsibility for the bank’s wholesale treasury management products including ACH, Wire Transfer, web-based Information Reporting, EDI, Integrated Payables/Receivables, Controlled Disbursement, Account Reconciliation, and International Correspondent payment operations.
Ms. Boyst served on the NACHA Board of Directors from 1994 to 2008. She was named vice chairman in 1998 and served as chairman of the board from 2000-2003. She also served as chairman of the NACHA Government Advisory Council. Ms. Boyst has served on the Western Payments Alliance Board of Directors and the Electronic Payments Network Board of Directors.
Ms. Boyst is a native of Roanoke, Virginia, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
